hosting and socket based communications

Does anyone know about a web hosting provider that allows socket based communications? because I would like to test a socket app and go public. Or do I have to get my personal E1 and server

I know that some providers under certain "packages" ($$$$$$ .....N) allow it, but if for some reason you know or heard about a cheap one please let me know

I dont used Aboho hosting but I think it is good. Because I seem some website, which use Aboho hosting and theyre good.Better, well get a that hosting only 50 post
